I saw that jacket on a guy in the store. Kind of big, burly dude with a motorcycle beard (like scraggly, grey, etc). It looked great on him, but terrible on me. I think you have to have a certain look for that to work.

is 'shearling-out' somehow more comfortable or is this just a fashunz play? it seems like a bad idea.

I think @dieworkwear may have posted about Sacai's women's leather some while back on this thread, but I saw this piece in person at a local shop last month, and the sheer ingenuity of the pattern-making and the construction technique to fuse together a cropped moto and a more traditional top coat are mind-blowing to see in person -- the amount of skill and creativity in this piece blows away about 90% of the menswear pieces on the market.

think it's just current season Rick's inspiration being that 70s glam look involving teddy bear coats or just men more open to wearing fur in general in that context.

Ya, I think cyclamen red is one of his best colors. Glad he has incorporated color recently a lot more. All black is quite boring.

I like the look of this jacket that’s apparently an upcoming Christian Kimber release. Don’t know if he’s ever made a leather jacket before but I am interested.
