^ Never did. I have a lambskin Ralph Lauren cafe racer, and that's good enough for as little as I ever get to wear any kind of jacket here in sweltering Texas weather.

Still want something more substantial, but it can wait.

Made me think of @Newcomer

Man, that is absolutely sick. I am really excited about this one (in 2020).

Somehow, I did not think through my purchases and I am about to have a lot of leather on my hands.

I'd really like to get something in Horween cowhide one of these days. Looks nice.

Standard & Strange has a good looking Indigofera horsehide shirt jacket that's just come in. Dyed through black.

Fcl paneling looks tacky. Design looks like something that Macy's brand Inc would make

i've been wanting to try on a leather shirt jacket for a long time. i really like the ones by real mccoys. i saw those at standard and strange but i decided not try one on for some reason ?‍♂️

i'm not a fan of the paneling either, but i feel like people will be able to make it work

yeah, i was disappointed in the one from valstar too. it had a really drapey, oversized, anti-fit vibe while being short in the body. it didn't look good on me at all

i guess i just need to try on one of the visvim suede truckers to see what it looks like. i'm afraid i'd buy it if it looked good though ?

I think that FCL picture is just another piece of evidence in the "don't zip up your leather jacket fully" case.

I like that except for the pockets, which make the jacket neither here nor there. It's not a leather shirt in the tradition of heavy leather or suede western shirts, and it's not a leather jacket in any traditional sense either, and it's not some punk mashup like a roughout type 3 jacket with leather biker sleeves, either.
