No, totally agree.

I don't think there are any restaurants that are so good they're worth waiting in line for either, and I love good restaurants. I just value my time more than anything else.

Truth be told I have worked in restaurants for over a decade in my early life, and my personal policy is that any restaurant where you can't have a reservation in the same week without jumping through hoops doesn't get my business. I work hard enough in my professional life not to inflict myself additional work to enjoy my leisure time.

I am also rather impatient.
My Field Leathers jacket took another 4 weeks.
It was the very first order received by Field Leathers.
Within a year, the waiting times have grown to 12 months, which is clearly too long for me.
My FiveStar jackets took about 3-4 weeks.
My Aero about 3 months.
My Lewis Leathers 8 weeks.
I don't really want to wait longer than a maximum of three months.
