Yikes, glad to hear you recovered from something more advanced than stage 2. I think his explanation has to do with cutting through the groin and creamaster as I read in my post-op report. I have what feels like a hard band if flesh between my groin and the left side of my scrotum. Probably related to the surgery. Anyways I had a seminoma removed so I go to the oncologist in 2 weeks to determine if I need further treatment because the tumor, it turns out, got a full year to mature to what it became.

Is it just like sized down 1-2 or would a 44 end up being too long in the body and sleeves?

Yea the sizing is a bit off, a 38 is a 40 and a 42 is a 44, so on, at least seems like @eckblk and I have that experience with the Leon

Hmm, my video doesn’t seem to work.

Oh well, here’s a still. I’m 6’0 180 lbs and wear a 40, but the Edward is a tad larger than the Leon. I’d suggest trying on and/or choosing a place that takes exchanges.

Actually each Fine Creek Leather jacket is made by only 3 guys in a factory that's about 600 square feet in the center of Tokyo! One of those three guys is Yoshi, the designer and owner of the brand.

That is great to know; I didn't realize that. I got my FCL Leon Custom from your fine and friendly Portland store. Apex level leather jacket.

**** I would need a 44. 5'10, 181.

Could be, depending on your build. I have a 44 and am 190. I sized up for the shoulder width. I wear a hoodie underneath it sometimes. Spent 5 days in Berlin in January walking around like that and could zip it up comfortably and was quite happy. The 46 was too big.

I didn't notice any Aero hate, but I might have missed it. If anything, I think some people tend to equate Aero w/ the more boxy/roomy fits that seem to be preferred in other corners of the internet. That Aero premier highwayman I thought was a knockout.

Great jacket! But I think it looks a bit too big and a bit too small at the same time. I can't really say why though... Maybe it's the size of the body compared to the length of the sleeves?

He's got enough room in the body to layer over, which doesn't give you the same lean hug, but I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing.

@Vickt you can dump a hot load of FCL here all day every day, honestly.

^from some of the pictures you can see snaps that hold down the lapel, but not sure you meant the actual collar?
