Looks great on you @rsx09 - what’s your height and weight out of curiosity and do you have any fit pics of the Side/back? Amazing jacket.
Thanks man, I really love it. I’m 6’1 and ~185 right now. I have one pic of the back but you can’t really see anything, but I might be able to take some later on for you.

Looks really good. I've fallen in love with mine too. I am 6'2" and 196lbs and went with the size large. Medium was too snug in the shoulders and it wasn't comfortable, but the large has a bit of room. Yours fits you nice and slim it seems.

heres mine.

Not every leather product that comes out of Pakistan/India is truely horrible. (no, I'm not talking about myself LOL) This is the same jacket that was on the hangar in the other picture.

I only finalised the details last week. With the airbag, back protector and armour, and the emphasis on a sitting-on-a-bike cut, I'm not counting on it having a fashionable look when I'm walking around, especially when it's new and stiff. And it will have perforated leather, which spoils the finish somewhat. So I'm not expecting good reviews here. I got a suit from the same guy 20+ years ago, and it did get great reviews from non-bikers, especially women, but it didn't have the airbag malarkey or the perforations.

P.S. It will also have a bunch of symbols, in lieu of sponsors' logos, which will make no sense to anyone but me!
When you get it please do share. A good thing about this forum over fedora is there is a wide range of tastes here.

I'll brace myself and you'll get at least one like

I second that and add this. There are far too many posts of shiny new barely broken coats in this forum. Dont be shy about posting any of your well worn gear.

Does anyone have some photos of some tea core jackets actually worn? As in, worn on a human body. It's practically impossible to find a photo of someone wearing one of these broken in jackets with a patina. All the fedoralounge dudes hide their dad bods behind the camera.

I don't mean filling in a form, I mean visiting the tailor. And it will fit, guaranteed. If it doesn't, he alters it.
For how long? After all, allmost everybody changes in time, weight etc... your custom made may not fit you anymore in five years.

BKS is modifying the jacket they made 20+ years ago. It still fits across the shoulders and chest but not the gut. They're unstitching it and putting in some new panels. It will be great to wear it again after all the trips I had in it years ago.

I resisted the 3sixteen Horsehide so well I accidentally tripped backwards into a Fine Creek Edward... Oops. But, hoooly crap, no regrets. Shout out to TJ at The Shop Vancouver. I absolutely would have picked the wrong size by myself, but he’s roughly the same size as me and spent like an hour modeling jackets I had vs Fine Creek ones, telling me how the fits compared to help me over Insta. Absolutely worth the premium vs finding a Japanese retailer, and I’m pretty sure he would have let me exchange it if it didn’t work out.

I think I’m actually done with leathers. Got my cafe racer, my heavy duty - can’t imagine wearing anything heavier than the 3sixteen roughout, and I’ve loved the lightning #391 forever and finally have an exemplary version. And before anyone says it - yes, the sleeves could be a tad longer but I honestly don’t care. I actually hate sleeves touching the insides of my palms so it works out for the better. Plus, I can actually see my watch to tell the time.
