Haha )) Well, yes, this design does not look original at all but nevertheless the jacket looks stunning. I think I've seen a model that resembles the scarstitch but not as pleasing.

Keita Ogawa (of Incarnation) used to work for Backlash, yeah. Backlash is a bit more "biker" oriented than Incarnation

My Backlash derbies were labeled the same leather, probably not the same though since my shoes have pretty good structure. Could just be different thickness though, I guess.

Talking of nonblack leather jackets, one of the incarnations I bought last weekend is what they call grey x red, I'd call it red x grey but it's very nice :)

That's how I roll :slayer: actually I knew if I didn't purchase immediately I would talk myself out of it eventually.

Trying out the Schott MA1 and the moto.

Been posted here before, but here's my old one. Sadly too small in the shoulders, now

incarnation is a bit more distressed imo. There are occasional similarities and i can see how both can be confused if one didn't know about the brands. But once you've seen enough backlash and incarnation you kind of get the idea of the differences.

speaking of color, was eyeing the jun hashimoto inner rider a while back. navy and maroon both looked great, if they didn't top out at 52, would have seriously considered one of these.

The chest measurements of jackets from Japanese brands are all way too darn small for me :( sad times

Got my hands on a Rick Owens Leather padded MA-1. This thing is extremely nice. Really long though, as rick always is.

Probably the nicest rick leather I've ever handled. Kind of overlaps with my suiting wool TOJ MA-1 in my wardrobe. Now I have to make a tough decision.
