X-Post:

This was a special order and took a few months. Well worth the wait.

What are you guys thoughts on this one?

Himmel Bros. makes some good stuff. I'm more partial to the similar Aero (the Aero-submariner), which also has that short shawl collar and the cargo pockets, but I do like Himmel Bros. work. The fit is slightly funny though. It's village people hat up top, and hippie loafing on the bottom.

What's wrong with "gay biker hippie WWII pilot"?

It's the obvious apotheosis of the heritage trend.

It's sorta like "The Wild One" goes gardening. And I specifically did not use the word "wrong".

Picked up this GB one a little while ago. Does anyone know what kind of leather this is? lambskin? I've never seen this pebbled type of leather before

Some people just can't pull off bikers. This pic of Jonah Hill makes me cringe. All the extra folds, hardware and belt (buttoned, wtf?) don't do a thing to flatter his thick build.
Just wanted to pop in and say thanks for making my day, together with the comment directly underneath.

at least it shows that movie stars are regular people that want to look cool as well but aren't familiar with the rules or subtleties. I hope someone shows him the way. Now that I think about it, what extra folds, hardware does he have on? The jacket doesn't flatter him. I'm sure he's carrying the backpack through what looks like an airport terminal but im not sure what you mean by extra folds and hardware. I know what you mean about belt, that's obvious.

There's not enough leather where there should be
