I've always wanted to try the Mercury, but its too expensive for my blood. I've definitely been there, its an endless cycle of gear binging and purging.

Does anyone know of any makers who use interesting zipper pulls (other than Julius)?

This Stewart (Scettro) leather jacket was on B&S and I love the pull.

Julius doesn't have custom pulls, they are standard Riri or YKK pieces from the catalog. Most brands don't have custom pulls unless 1) they are a huge multi multi-million dollar entity like the Gap or something, or 2) they're a multi-million dollar entity and sell really expensive shit, like LVMH et al

First time posting a picture, so go easy, but I've been reading through most of the thread and just picked up this jacket so I figured I post a pic.

    Your thoughts are welcomed.

Hey guys, I hope i dont get eaten alive by posting a question and not a leather but I figure all the gurus look at this thread...Im about to cop an owens stooges but am a bit worried about fit. Im 6'3 and about 183 pounds. I generally wear a large in zara jackets and clothing and a medium in jcrew or gant. I have a few TOJ pieces sized about 48 or 49.

Would a lamb stooges in large fit me?

Depends on the season, I weigh pretty much the same, but I'm not as tall as you. The SS2011 Stooges in large fits me fine.
