Specifically, what should I rub into a cowhide leather jacket to keep it up? Any product recommendations? All I ask is that it doesn't feel oily when I'm done.
Is it new? Generally a leather jacket won’t need treatment for years.

Ok, follow me on this one: What if ... you took a regular single rider with a collar, then had that collar cut in half to make it a cafe racer? Professionally done, of course.

Possible?

Have the wind flap from your shearling installed across the back and you’ll have a half belt cafe racer.

Also, bruh, if you’re at the point of playing Operation with your leather jackets in order to preserve the thrill, that funny money needs to start being funneled elsewhere. I say this as someone who very nearly bought his sixth leather jacket in a year.

I like flashlights.

But I agree. Fuckin boredom from Covid has got me looking for ways to spend money since I never go anywhere anymore.

The leather jacket buying craze is winding down anyway. I've tried almost everything I'm interested in.

Likes:
• Bape x Schott Cafe Racer (want a black one)
• James Grose Shearling/Nappa DR (new size on its way to me)
• Schott x Journal Standard (or Neighborhood) steerhide DR (on its way to me)

Curious about:
• James Grose Clubman in Sheep leather
• vintage Brooks cafe racer (just bought one in my perfect size for 100 bucks)
• FCL Eric

Then I should be done. a light leather (cafe racer), a medium weight leather (DR) and a leather for the coldest days (shearling). Sounds reasonable.

3 more jackets before year ends and you have 3 months, I think you can do it
