Arms look fine to me. Casualwear doesn't have to fit perfectly. If he really wants, he can get the sleeves altered at a local tailor if they have the right sewing machines.
very easy to repair, especially that kind of sleeve with knit cuffs...…….

You can get your legs lengthened for £34,000, so arm shortening is definitely affordable. And wise.

Look at the distance between the end of his arms and his knees. His arms are short.

lol y'all made me curious and my arm span (177cm) is almost identical to my height (179cm)
