The jacket looked good on me. Spot on fit. Very stiff.

Only issues was the arm holes I felt were cut too close to chest (imo)

Where were you able to try on this model? I want in.

Most of them use shell which is a part of the horse.

Man, been following #horsehide on Instagram and I have so much covetousness. Not good for me at all.

Love TFH simple racer but it's out of stock and kinda pricey.. as alternatives what do you guys think of these two?

1. Standard and Strange x Simmons Bilt. Does anyone own one that can comment on quality?About 1/2 the cost almost of TFH..

2. DIAFVINE. Rogue Star. Not horsehide and the horizontal seams look a little dated? still kinda fun jacket at a fraction of the cost..

3. finally a pic of TFH for comparison..

the korean jacket looks quite nice. 2k seems quite steep for the flat head.

So here's me in a Falcon Garments MDR with these specs:

Shoulder width: 17"
Sleeve: 24.5"
Back: 23.8"

And ... there's a FCL "Eric" on Grailed right now with these measurements:

Shoulders: 17.4"
Sleeve: 24"
Length: 24.5"

Should I buy? I've sold off my two 3sixteen x Schott roughouts... Might as well put the money towards this which is right up my alley.

for 1.2k... thats like the same price as brand new. I would haggle a bit for sure. Personally, my only gripe with the Eric model are the back panels. It just looks too motorcycle-ish for my taste. Hence I got the James instead but to each's own

Maybe I'm mistaken but I thought I saw the back of the James somewhere and it wasn't my style. Maybe it was a half-belt? I don't remember. Also, it looks like it doesn't have zippered hand pockets, which is a no-go for me. But pricewise, I thought these went for closer to $1,800 new with a 3+ month wait? I like the Eric model and those aren't available anywhere.

Ahh yes, here we go. Found a pic. Yep, that's a no from me, dawg.

was trying to find sizing on the Eric and James - did you have any sizing issues @kekekekai ? I tried to find sizing specs online regarding the Eric but got widely different numbers on some Japanese sites..
