Is this a Cali thing? I don’t see many leather jackets in Washington, D.C.

no, this is just stupidly short. this isn't a suit jacket where you want your sleeve cuff to be visible.

you also don't see many leathers in dc because people can't dress for **** there

@lordsuperb while I respect everyone else's right to get all exercised about this since you asked for opinions, I gotta say I am not exercised by the sleeve length. Could be longer? Sure. You seem pretty happy with it, though, and you're wearing it. Also, jacket looks fine on your build.

Oh it looks wine/burgundy to me. A very versatile, not so unusual color IMO. Black one isn't as attractive

that could be a really badass Jacket but the proportions and collar are all wrong

the shoulders need to be more narrow, the collar needs to be replaced by a moto type collar and that ugly dangling zipper be replaced with something more sleek.
that what the pockets become the main feature of the Jacket.............I like it, the simplicity of it, but it need subtle improvements

based on how you dress, i'm inclined to attribute this to dunning-kruger effect more than anything else.

That jacket would be amazing if it were a bit shorter. Also, just get less aggressive DRs (no epaulets or belt).
