So I've got a question for y'all:

I'm loving the Schott Cafecto jacket. But I want it tweaked. Specifically, I'd like to have the band collar slightly separated from the front lapels of the jacket so I can bend them back and wear them like this. The dotted red would be incisions, and the semi-transparent blue would be the lapels in their "open" bent shape. I feel like it would be easier to set them this way if they were unjoined from the band collar.

How reasonable is this idea? Something I could take to a tailor and have them do?

I've attached an image of a Belstaff Kendal jacket for specific reference, though I prefer the Schott's minimal aesthetics and leather.

Thoughts on what I'm hoping to achieve here? Approve/disapprove?

Maybe you can find what you want off the peg if you keep looking. Have you checked Roland Sands and Helstons? This site has a nice selection

Addict Clothes sheepskin jackets are "teacore." Really beautiful aging process, like raw denim

big fan of any Schotts' heritage leather jackets as opposed to "fashion" leather. Not ragging on other leather jackets as they all have their place in everyones clothing collection, but there is nothing like the handmade quality found their makeups. Got my eye on the 641 steerhide for on and off moto.

The Naissance shearling isn't new, it's the shearling from last year. Grose's suede looks and feels pretty similar to the Naissance. Grose's shearling part is straight while Naissance is curly.
