    What do you like about the lining?
    Would you wear tartan on any other item of clothing ?

    As for the zip pulls they are a little prominent for me and remind me of nipple rings particularly given their position , which need to be assiduously avoided because leather jackets already tend towards fetish

    Even the dad jacket vibe is preferable to the leather-daddy one

    Whenever I see an aero in dark seal, I realize nothing else will scratch that itch.

    I like it as a lining. I like 99% of jackets with flannel lining so tartan is not far off.

    Dude our tastes in things can’t be further apart. I like this style and it’s a classic look even with the nipple rings which btw I find a really odd analogy.

    You apparently like the LEB jackets which are pieces together with from smaller pieces of leather and remind me of a jigsaw puzzle. I personally don’t like that at all. Clearly we shouldn’t be giving each other jacket advice.

    @sinnedk

    Good choice.

    I had an Aero Board Racer made about a year ago. Really like it. One of the good things about Aero is, that you can customise many details. Before ordering my jacket, I spent some time in an other forum, discussing the options. People there are helpful and knowledgeable. The biggest help was exchanging messages with the owner of that great dark-seal BR jacket you posted here earlier. Here is a link to my old thread: http://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/before-getting-an-aero-board-racer-things-to-consider.86700/

    Like you, I originally wanted a two-way-zip. But that’s something Aero doesn’t offer, as it wouldn’t be historically correct. After wearing my jacket for a while, I can say that I’ve never missed this option.

    @Bullitt thanks I’ve been lurking on that forum reading.

    How do you wear your aero? I’m planning just reg boots/jeans/LS t or dress shirt
