Got this on sale about a month ago. Not the softest and probably not the best leather but nice nonetheless.

    Has the jacket arrived yet???

Aero took 2 weeks off for Xmas/New Year's so it may be a while longer. I'm still waiting on my Aero Highwayman, ordered on Dec 2. Standard wait (at least according to Aero USA) is 8-12 weeks.

This is amazing, I've been wanting a double-breasted button-up cropped leather jacket for a while now, something like this.
out of curiosity I looked up this jacket and apparently it would be very difficult to obtain, but someone on these forums said he would be able to make a replica of it for $595 in goatskin and $695 in cowskin. seems like a pretty good deal, no idea what it would be like quality-wise. it does look very very nice though pictures are on this page and the next page: http://www.filmjackets.com/forum/vie...r=asc&start=30

The colors are inverted, but that jacket reminds me a great deal of this Martin Margiela leather jacket.

Yes, it arrived today actually. Unfortunately it is HUGE on me. I haven't decided whether to have them remake it and wait another 3 months or just sell it.

Thanks gdl. I gulped a little at the price I paid for it two years ago, and the going price on ebay has doubled since then. They are definitely overpriced on the secondary market.

Well if you ever get tired of it, I know someone who fits your clothes pretty well. [IMG]
