leather jacket and cashmere coat storage

hi
recently i received a leather jacket and cashmere coat.
I m not well versed in either one so
whats the best and most economical way of keeping them?

can i vacuum seal them?

Why would you want to?

Hang 'em somewhere where air can circulate. Leave some cedar in there to ward off moths for the cashmere. Then bring them out again in fall.

I'm putting my fall/winter stuff away now. Take it out. Brush it off . Then hang it in the storage section of the wardrobe.
