Given what he often wears and the endorsements he has, I'd guess the blazer is something like Dolce & Gabbana (or Dsquared) and the leather hoodie is maybe Emporio Armani.

Or, given that he's coming out of an Armani store in that photo, maybe the mainline.

Really, I just like them to end quickly, which is why I try to make as best a guess I can as to what the person is wearing and let it go. I used to take the view that just ignoring them means they go away, but they don't. So, hence, Dolce & gabbana and Emporio, respectively.
