Yep, super convenient and free of charge. It's through DHL. My experiences in returning things has been super easy!

Yeah, you should really actually see the products and try them on, the fabrics are absolutely fantastic. Shipping is super fast.
When I bought my suit i returned the jacket two times for free. A potential third time I would have had to pay for the shipping, wich is fair, since it is a small brand, even though it would have been good to know, that’s why I’m telling you.

Indeed returns are free. You just have to email us at eshop@debonnefacture and we will send you a return waybill.
You have 14 days to complete the return request.
