I'm 5' 7" without shoes, 5' 8" with dress shoes, 36S in tailoring. I got a 46 in the navy GD; length seems a little bit on the longer/more dramatic side but still not too exaggerated in my opinion. Angles can throw things off.

The belt idea is a pretty decent one actually, I kinda wish the belt were longer. But it's sooo cozy in the winter.

wow that looks amazing

Has anybody here got the wide lege slub cotton trousers from a few seasons ago? Like last summer or the winter before?
Was the waist pretty TTS or did they run very slim as well?

I was able to get two pairs of them, and they were TTS for me. I'm typically a size US size 30-31 with wider hips than the average male in my waist size, and the relaxed trousers were definitely slim fitting to me; however, these were very much TTS at size 48.

@arnoldpettibone I never got them, the wool pairs sold in my size(s) before i decided.

@DocWap Thanks, Any chance you'd have a waist measurements on the 48s? I'm usually a 34 waist, so this sounds like i'd need a 52/36 which they don't have.

I wear a 32 in most trousers and the 48 two pleat trousers fit me great.

Yeah, measuring flat, I got 16.25 inches for the waist on my size 48 pair. I hope that helps!

The whole season looks really good.
I might make use of those loyalty points from the grandad coat and get the cord blouson or the Harris tweed jacket

I really love the whole season as well. Really love the color palette and the new shapes are great.

@OccultaVexillum - I really dig the Harris tweed jacket.

Looks like more Grandad in a less-luxurious cloth coming soon, probably less of a stretch on the wallet too. The fabric looks pretty similar to the greige Pyrenean wool from A/W 2019
