WOW indeed. Yup, they are the same. I have a pair of those as well. They are worth the money, believe me. I bought the size 10's a few weeks ago from Norcaltransplant. I must say they are the nicest looking shoes I have ever seen in person. Pretty much blow away my Greens. Â Unfortunately they turned out to be a little to big for me. Â [IMG] Â If someone bids on those 10.5's., I think I will go the same route and auction mine.

Here's a question for you Lattanzi experts: The bottom of the shoe looks like it is stamped "11." Well, I have a pair of Lattanzi's with "11" stamped on the bottom just like these and they fit me, a US size 12.5D, very well. The size indicated in this auction says these are US size 10.5 -- thus, I'm a bit confused on how (and who) these will fit. (I guess some info can be gleaned from the actual measurement of 12 inches for the sole, which appears to be a rather long sole that extends a bit past the toe leather.)

Doh, I should have been greedy.  Sorry they didnt turn out for you...

Aside from that, my photography was much prettier IMHO...

EDIT: BTW, how did they arrive? Was the shipping ok? Packaging to your approval? I'm kinda new to the whole sales aspect of Ebay/Forums/etc.

No need to apologize Matt. You gave the correct measurements, so not your fault. I never seem to have any luck when it comes to buying shoes online it seems. Â I was still going to keep them even though a tad big. That's how magnificent they are. But seeing the seller of the current pair already has a bid at $799, it might be to tempting not to sell. Â I will have to keep look out for another Lattanzi pair. Maybe a 9.5 because once you go Lattanzi, you never go back. [IMG] As far as Ebay goes, I think you would make an impeccable seller. Â Pictures(Better than the other auction), packaging, lightning fast shipping and communication were top notch. You may want to use a smaller box next time to save yourself on the shipping. Best regards P.S. Being in NY, you probably won't have any trouble at all finding clothing goods to sell on Ebay.[IMG]

They look kind of scratched up.

Matt-- Make no mistake, you are the Richard Avedon of Ebay. Your lens affords us a window into the sole. Truly, your lasts come first.

Next time I'll photograph the shoes on the latest issue of Maxim or Playboy--I'd rather be known as the Helmut Newton of shoes... what sad humor we enjoy...
