    No, the adelaides are Tricker's

I assumed 'wq1999' was referring to the AS & CJs posted a while back.

Does anyone know Tricker's name for the color of the Trickers cap toed shoes shown in the first picture on the first post?

    Thanks

The shoe is made by Tricker's. The style is 'Belgrave' and I think the colour is '1001 Burnished'.

Strange, Pediwear have always responded to my enquiries promptly.

Perhaps they are concerned about the impact their price watch / promise is having on profitability, particularly on the C&J HGs. All I can tell you is that I quoted a cheaper source (you all know who) and Pediwear knocked a further 5% off as per their price promise.

Perhaps you might have more success if you gave them a call.

That EG Gladstone is sweet. Just curious, why did you opt for two similar styles in the same color?

Thats pretty much all they had in my size that I like and that wasn't black. I really like burgundy anyway and figured I might pick up a pair in the sales.

I just love closed lace cap toes. [IMG]

I needed some black shoes and decided Tricker's 1829s would be just the ticket...

Tricker's Regent (top) & Belgrave (bottom)

I wore the Belgrave at a recent appointment with Tony Gaziano. Tony admitted he was surprised to see the Tricker's sock when I took the shoes off, he had assumed they were a pair of EG's we had previously been discussing. He picked the shoe up for a closer inspection and commented on the close welt, channeled soles and what he said were good quality calf uppers. He added they were quite possibly the best pair of Tricker's he had seen! High praise indeed me thinks.

Very nice, other than some boots and something in black for somber occassions, you pretty much have everything you need.

He needs a black I mean oxblood Vass[IMG]
