Last minute need for a white dress shirt. Best value at retail?

I need to attend a funeral on Wednesday and discovered I am lacking a good white dress shirt without french cuffs.

Since my window for obtaining said good white dress shirt without french cuffs is essentially today/this evening, what brands would offer the best bang for my buck at retail (presuming I don't run across something good on sale)?

I would prefer to stay in the sub-$200 range. I live in Fort Worth, so I should be able to find most brands in Dallas. Saks Off Fifth and Neiman Marcus Last Call are also an option if people have had good experience with shirts they stock. One other twist is that I need to buy a 17.5/33 (maybe 34), so I can't buy a shirt with the idea of having it shortened.

My plan is to wear a charcoal nailhead suit (appears solid from about 2 feet away), solid navy silk tie (very matte in appearance), white dress shirt, and cordovan captoe loafers (Alden 9015). Another hole in my wardrobe is a good black captoe, but I plan to wait for a "deal" since I rarely wear a suit and even more rarely wear a suit with black shoes.

Does this outfit sound appropriate?

I'd consider that option, but they don't sell them with sized sleeves. An XL will likely have 35" or 36" sleeve, which won't work for me.
