1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

^ah, good then. Be thankful you're not in my retarded state- we have to take the ethics with the substantive bar, so if you fail it you gotta wait 6 months for the second results... [IMG]

Congratulations, and good luck. I hope to never have to take another bar exam again, hopefully you only have to take it once as well!

I have about 50 more pages to write before I'm officially unemployed (otherwise known as this coming Friday). Not entirely sure if that agrees with the employment subfocus of this thread.

I hope you lawyers pay attention in your ethics classes. All the lawyers I know seem to have missed the memo.

do everything barbri tells you to do (nothing more, nothing less) and you're almost guaranteed to pass. best advice they ever gave was to throw keywords that bar graders look for into your essays for easy points: i.e., "here, . . ."; "in this case, . . ."; "as a result, . . . ."

^ this is good advice. follow barbri's paced program as closely as you can. it's far more work than you would give yourself on your own, which is a good thing. better to be over-prepared than to have to take the bar more than once.
