Dear collective wisdom,

I own the C&J Hallam on the sleek last 348. Does anybody know how it compares with the last 108 by Church's? Seems to be a narrow one, too. Size is UK9 [E (C&J) or F (Church's)].
Thanks

I do not own shoes made on that C&J last however I can comment on Church's fitting on the 108 last. Firstly I find Church's F fitting comparable to C&J E fitting - save for the 337 last which is quite generous. So starting from that point - ie Church F is not equal to C&J F , the 108 last is sleeker than say the Church 173 in the toe and the width but is fairly generous in the instep.

I wear a G fitting in all my Church's shoes and happily wear the 108 last in a G fit also. But can easily accommodate my three pairs of C&Js on the 337 last in their E fitting.
