Up for sale is three two one pairs of slim fit cord pants from Howard Yount. All are size 34. The Howard Yount pants have each been worn once. Excellent condition. The brown Polo pants are new-with-tags.

The Howard Yount pants are made in Brooklyn, NY by Hertling. These are the USA cut. Flat front. Very high quality construction and fabrics. They also rival Incotex in quality, in my opinion.

The Polo pants are made in Italy by Corneliani. They are the slim fit "Bradford" flat front model. Corneliani for Polo needs little introduction here. Very high quality construction and fabrics. These pants rival Incotex in quality, in my opinion.

Selling these because I already have pairs of cord pants (10 now, by my count). They've all been hanging in my closet unworn or barely worn for awhile now.

I had them all hemmed by a professional tailor. The Howard Yount's have had their waist taken in from 35 inches to 34 inches. (Howard Yount pants in size 34 come with a true 35 inch waist by default---saved you time and money if you need a true 34 waist).

All alterations were very meticulously done. They can easily be lengthened/shortened by a tailor. They all have extra material in the hem that can be let out. For reference, I am 5'10''
