Hi all; I'm going to Vegas tomorrow for a few days and looking for some nice restaurant recommendations. I was last there in Feb 09 and MGM Grand restaurants had a great winter deal, I ate at Craftsteak, Fammia and L'Atilier; I also have eaten at DB Moderne at Wynn and Auriole at MB. I'm interested in trying a new restaurant or two at the new City Center. Does anyone here have any recommendations?

Try Mesa Grill at Caesar's and Cut at Venetian's sister hotel which escapes my mind right now.

Cut is at the Palazzo.

I thought Julian Serrano at the Aria was very good, but I may be biased.

I ate here a couple months ago and I also thought it was very good as well. Had paella, charcuterie, some other tapas and a couple bottles of wine.

I didn't dig cut all that much. they overcooked my steak (I did send it back but had to wait like 10-12 minutes while everyone else was eating) which kind of screwed up my night. The wagyu carpaccio was really awesome though.

I had the buffett at the Aria last weekend. I don't usually do buffetts but it was good having all that king crab leg! I like Mesa Grill for lunch, not dinner though. The Mesa burger is really good and so are their margaritas.

I'm a fan of mastros, they have one of their ocean club restaurants in the Crystals mall.
