Laptop/messenger bag matching

Hello all. I have been using a hammy down black canvas laptop bag for a couple of years now, but I think I am finally ready to make an investment in a nice leather bag. I am a college student who works for an IT company over summer and I wear a shirt/tie everyday (even though it is a very casual office... I like to look good, what can I say?) I have 2 pairs of black shoes and 2 pairs of brown shoes that I all wear equally. My question to you fine gentlemen is if I were to get this bag, (http://m.fossil.com/controller/View...66413&imagePath=MBG9153201&category_id=331250) would I only be fashionably correct if I wore it with my brown shoes? Another point to take into consideration is when I am at school, I wear a suit once every two weeks, but unfortunately I can only wear black shoes with them. Open to many ideas! Thanks.
