I have two poloshirts like that from Guy rover. You can buy a replica of Lapo's polo on http://www.italiaindependent.com/eng/ (his polo is bespoke, I think) BTW check out his sunglasses. Very cool! (check the width of the pants! and the funny socks

Someone should dedicate a book on men's clothing to Lapo.

I think his style runs the gamut from brilliant to utter ****. However, he doesn't seem to be taking it too seriously when he is wearing the more outre stuff and I give him a lot of credit for that.

How about Lapo wearing Thom Browne?

He could certainly get away with it.

I think Browne would bestow some favors on Lapo should he become an endorser.

Will these be similar to the "favors" he bestows upon SoCal?

I don't like a lot of what he wears, but I like that he's adventurous with his choices. His grounding in traditional style helps, too -- makes some of his kookier selections seem deliberate, rather than just a mess.

His style is inherent. I'm sure it has a lot to do with his DNA and growing up with Gianni, who's one of the best dressed men in the world. It doesn't hurt that he inherited an incredible wardrobe. He's one of my style icon favorites.

In half the pictures you posted he looks like an idiot. For someone with such a stylish reputation that's a poor average. Most of the people on this web site out do everyone's favourite coke snorting, transvestite banging auto company heir quite easily.

There's a interesting article in the new Mens Vogue about a son inheriting his fathers(?) bespoke collection of 100+ suits and not knowing what to do with all of them. I guess one of the tailors that fitted alot of the fathers suits said it used to happen all the time (sons inheriting there fathers bespokes) and remarked how almost none of the time the son or inheriter is able to fit into those suits. I seriously doubt lapo fit them perfectly with no major alterations needed. That could explain why his sleeves are so short as well as the short jacket length. Signor Agnelli seemed to be a pretty short man compared to Lapo, also Lapo isn't even his son. He's his grandson by his daughter and her husband whom i assume he took after more then Gianni?
