Until recently, I preferred narrow everything, but I've been converted to spread collars.
It then seemed natural to move to a half-windsor knot, and I found myself reassessing my entire outfit.
So, with that in mind, do you know any guidelines on how to coordinate lapel, collar, tie, shoulder, etc. width?

It doesn't matter, as long as it looks good. That said, the "golden rule" is that a "propotionate" lapel should reach, at the peak, midway between the opening of the jacket and where the sleeve meets the body -- half the chest. I like them a little wider than that. It's a matter of taste. Either extreme is bad.

The idea that ties should match lapel widths is silly, but don't wear a tie that's on the wide side with small lapels. With wider lapels, the opposite applies, though a fairly narrow knit can work with a wider lapel.

A spread collar does not demand a half-windsor.

I can think of two ways of assessing your situation:

1. You have no core.
2. You are evolving, preferably towards Sartorial Wisdom.

My guess is the former.
