Anyone heard of them ? Quality ?
Very generic info only but given their location and that they've been around since 1922 my GUESS is they'd know what they are doing. Website is sparse: http://www.ethomas.com/ Don't know the mill but there aren't many lousy mills in that area.
Pretty nice fabric. I saw a beautiful wool/cashmere overcoat that used an E. Thomas fabric -- made by Borgioli for Mr. Sid's (upscale Newton, Mass. haberdashery) and it retailed for about $1500.
I just received three bespoke Sport Jackets made frorm E Thomas wool / silk fabric that is ideal for Spring / Summer.
Excellent drape and does not wrinkle.
This sounds promising. Thank you for all your precious answers.
