Any of you guys have experience with this supplememnt? My cousin swears by it, and has shown GREAT results with no side effects. I know some of you guys tend to be very conservative with these things and would love to hear what you think.

I tried it. Didn't do anything out of the ordinary for me but everyone's different... I'm pretty sure it's just a patented variation of creatine.

just buy creatine monohydrate. it's like $5/lb, and has decades of positive research behind it. not a single one of the newer creatine variations have proven to be more effective than mono, and most, if not all, have been shown to be inferior to mono in independent studies.

What it comes down to is the cost effectiveness of this product. As previously stated, it may or may not be more bioavailable and may or may not break down slower into creatinine. Does it really matter unless you have an entirely disposable income? Consider the cost effectiveness of the product as it is bound to be much more expensive than monohydrate (which is incredibly cheap comparatively). I must say that this battle of cost-effective presents itself in every facet of the industry.

I tried it once a few years back and never really saw any results. It was easier on my stomach than creatine monohydrate through.

Its really just the same as Mono. Try Con-Cret or C-Bol if you're interested in good Creatine in cap form.

    creatine mono is creatine mono

kre-alkalyn is creatine mono bonded to sodium bicarbonate.

so no, not really just the same.

Sigh - in terms of efficacy and results its more or less the same as regular mono. If regular mono doesn't do much for you, then don't expect anything much from KA.

I've tried it myself, and hundreds of reviews on websites such as bodybuilding.com will bear out my point.

Just tried it for the first time yesterday. We'll see. I've never tried any creatine product before, so we'll see how this goes. No stomach issues from it for me though yesterday, so thats good.

What about taking it when I run? I'm thinking no, but I admit I really don't know much about this stuff.
