What is the make of Koffi Annan's shirts?

I think he might wear T&A. He's always wearing a white, spread collar shirt with a Windsor knot. He's always very conservatively dressed.

The gentleman on the far right needs some waist suppression. His torso also looks too longish.

I feel this is more or less the ideal spread for a business shirt collar: A moderate spread, where the line around the neck continue down into the collar and collar points. Does this have a name, other than a "moderate spread collar"?
