Knit blazers / sportcoats.

Knit blazers, sweater blazers, knit jackets, etc.

I've seen a few of these around lately, and I dig 'em. I think LA Guy suggested them in MC's Denim 101 as one of the few acceptable sportcoats to wear with jeans. (I respectfully disagree, but Fok has way more cred than me.)

There don't seem to be many out there, though--anyone have any recommendations for a good one? That may be on sale

iammatt's barbera (?) ribbed sweater jacket (with a cameo by iammatt's permanent sweater).

Looks great but just so impractical imo. No wind or water resistance, which are/should be the two main functions for jackets..
