What do people think of these new MTM Kiton Shoes with matching belts? Are they worth €2,350 Euro's each (including the belts?

Yes, if you are rich and can afford to be extravagant. If you have to put food on the table, worry about your next housing payment, or take care of your wife and/or kids, then I would say no.

What kind of question is that? What something is "worth" is largely dependent on who is in question.

The brown suede shoe was just on clearance at Saks in BH for $750. Unfortunately about 4 sizes too small for me and not MTM of course. I would have gladly paid $750 for a pair in my size, but not the $2600 original price.

I was tempted to lose the little piggies and make it work! A gorgeous shoe, especially in person.
