(Styleman @ 12 Aug. 2004, 3:08) Ali G, classic. Staines is like 5 miles away from me... Its not really that bad, Slough and Hounslow are worse. Aight Boss, we doin it witf 2 guvners.
Is that Slough, like in The Office-Slough? Now THAT is a funny show; I bought the whole series on DVD. Ali G is hilarious as well.
Yes, I live in Virginia Water, Surrey, near the Wentworth golf course, pretty much miniutes from both Slough and Staines.

I was just in the Nordstroms at the Town Center in Boca and I can confirm that they do have plenty of the Kiton Cologne...smells pretty good too.

Thanks to all those in this thread who helped me locate it.  I swung by Nordstroms while I was in Boca and picked some of the cologne and aftershave up -- I've been looking for this stuff for months.

I also noticed that you're a watch connoisseur, Jon, and was wondering if you have had any experience with Tourneau in Palm Beach.  I have them doing some work on some watches I brought in and saw a few pieces I liked there.  I found the salesmen to be a bit too snooty for my liking, but the lady in charge of service was nothing but nice to me.

While on vacation I stopped in Jewels in Time in Boca they had a nice selection of preowned Panerai and a ton of new high end watches. The staff was very nice and the lady helping me allowed me to try 5-6 Panerai's with no pressure or sales pitch at all...

Well, its kind of hard (as any college student knows) to get away fro a quick vacation in the middle of the semester, but seeing as I did not take a vacation this summer (why on earth did I not? {Hits head against desk}), I am determined to get away for at least 5 days. So, currently my two possibilities are either Manhattan or London, with Manhattan in the lead because of ease compared to London (currency exchange, flight time, foreign language

, etc...). If I do go to NYC, I'll let you know. Actually speaking of London, can anyone recommend a good hotel? How is the Athenaeum Hotel? Worth it? Or are there less expensive hotels that are just as good or around the same level of service / geographical location? Jon.

Jet Blue has been running some good flights from Ft.Lauderdale to NYC etc...$49 each way. I just booked our trip over Easter vacation on Spirit for $100 round trip... Dec was a whole other story $510 round trip.

I know people swear by the new low fare airlines (patricians are flying on Sprint and Jet Blue, for Pete's sake&#33

, but anywhere inside and eastern seaboard, I still like Delta; they have non-stop flights at almost all times of the day from almost every major city. And at $210 the trip might cost double that of its competitors, but I have never had any problems on Delta; it is always on time, always easy to situate oneself. Plus, the nonstop shuttle service from city to city is by far the most efficient I have been on. Jon.

Delta's not what it once was sadly. We always flew Delta until recently. I have used Delta's Song airline my past to trips into West Palm and it was really nice. Honestly I haven't noticed a difference between JetBlue and Delta except in price. Delta, JetBlue, and Spirit all fly direct FLL/WPB to LGA/JFK. I try to avoid Spirit but sometimes it's a way better deal and at worse it's only a 2 and 1/2 hour flight. LOL... The past couple of times we flew Delta out of FLL we were delayed when no other airline was, we were bumped out of line for take off a few times. From what a few people flying with us indicated they no longer have 1st call status at FLL etc... But who knows. I am 27 and can remember when we use to fly Eastern Airlines...I rather walk

Interesting info, thanks. Well, I if go to Manhattan, I am going to have to find a hotel, since I don't want to impose on either my relatives or friends for over a week. You guys got any hotels over there in New York City?
