Kiton blazer - authentic

I’m sorry if this is in the wrong place but I’m not sure first of all if this blazer is a man’s or a woman’s. I assume it’s a women’s considering the fit. But I couldn’t find an appropriate forum. I bought this lovely jacket off Vinted and would love to know if it’s real Kiton. It feels amazing and looks very high quality but I can’t find one like it online. Is anyone able to advise what I should be looking for? There is a size tag, and a care label, then the Kiton patch. The lining isn’t branded. It’s supposedly 100% cashmere. Any help or advice would be appreciated, even just a nudge to a more appropriate forum! Thank you
