Hello guys,

Just wanted to learn facts about the differences between Kiton's American and German shirt models, I've read in another forum that the German model is bigger/fuller than the American model, is this true?

Also, of those of you who own Kiton, would you recommend double darts on the back or a puckering effect?

Thanks a lot for your time guys. Take care.

I don't think there is a difference between German and American Kiton. Size and drop are sort of important. Over the years I have had a couple of 100 Kiton garments from all over the world and the measurements are very inconsistent no matter where the garment comes from.

I think the initial post might be a bit confusing, but the German, American and Italian models are Kiton's 3 signature shirt cuts, frames, canvases, styles, etc. Just like a slim cut, a fitted cut, or a modern cut. My question was wether the German and American models are indeed that much different and if so which one is trimmer. Thanks for the reply though stilmacher

I believe the American is the biggest. At least that is what the people running Kiton told me.

Doesn't sound dumb...Americans are almost always the biggest (heaviest) people.

With Kiton shirts...

Italian is slimmest silhouette.
German quite a bit bigger. Often gathered on the back shoulder.
American is largest in some cases, German larger in others.
