Extremely beautiful/mint Kiton suit which I bought impulsively despite having more suits at this weight than I need and also I would have been better off with a 48R. I believe its from the 2014 season or more recent.
The condition is mint and has zero evidence of wear that I can tell. It is possible it has not been worn other than being tried on several times. If you are familiar with Kiton sizing/fit, it is a 50R and pretty consistent with them. Forgive the lame pictures, I will try to take fancier looking ones soon, but you get the idea. It is thick cashmere and the silk seems to make it feel a bit smoother. This is a super nice, new, modern example that probably retailed for 11k- not some suit from the 90s that will pass (although I do like those too).
Shoulders are ~18.5"
Chest (pit to pit, laid flat): 21.5"
Waist: 20"
Functional buttonholes (hand sewn by Kiton), 25" sleeves
Length (bottom of collar down): 29.5"
Pants are flat front, ~10" rise
Waist: 17.25"
Ankle opening 7.5"
I am very interested in trades, face to face in NYC preferably. Especially given the proceeds of this sale will not get me very far. If you have Kiton, Attolini, Orazio, something along those lines or something wild in a 48" or 50" that would be great. 18" shoulder is what fits me ideally and Kiton's 50Rs are more like 18.5". Also trades + cash would work. I am fine with something more pre-loved than this as long as it fits me better...
Asking price without a trade is $1,895 (which is ~30-50% less than what it would be at Soiffer Haskin's 70% off Kiton sample sales- and after having gone to all of them the past two years, I haven't seen much better styles/condition than this in this size at least).
