Kirby finally unboxes his latest pair of George Cleverley Baron De Rede loafers. The last time Kirby was in the George Cleverley shop visiting, he had a great conversation with George Glasgow Jr, regarding exotic skins, and it was George Jr that brought to Kirby's attention that Cleverley had purchased 12 special Alligator skins to be tanned in a 'Cleverley Cabernet', as a limited edition to celebrate the company's 60th anniversary.

What shoes should Kirby get next?

Lol, this guy...His videos are so shameless.
Whats even more funny is his videos on AE shoes.
The worst ones are when he brands other peoples **** as his own exclusive service or product. He just talks over these poor craftsmen as he pushes "Kirby Allison".

I don’t think that’s a fair assessment at all. I know I’ve seen a video about the recrafting service they have were he specifically talks about and praises the gentleman that does the work. Just because he has a brand doesn’t mean he doesn’t respect the craftsman behind it.

Just my opinion. I see him one way, you see him another.

The issue isn’t that he made the video or got the shoes, it’s pathetically starting a thread on it like he’s a celebrity

So, how much did you actually pay to have those shoes made?
What do you think it would cost me to have a similar pair made after trial lasts were perfected? Same skin.

Those loafers are lovely. Though I believe it would be better if you had those made in seamless wholecut instead. Because the straps and the sides are covering the scales on top of one another.

Do you plan to get more bespoke shoes with Cleverley?
I saw a wholecut with side lacing in stingray the other day at their shop. It looks terrific.

By the way, I watched your video about Berluti knot.
I believe that is not Berluti knot. It should looks like this:

berluti-knot.htm
Notice that the steps are also different than what you are showing on the video.

I found this pic in the internet to show the correct Berluti knot, credit to Instagram user.

I enjoy the videos.

The loafers aren't my personal taste to wear, but I can appreciate the craftsmanship and they look very impressive.
