I posted this in the "buying and selling" section of the forum but wanted to post here for more visibility.

I just got a pair of Kicking Mule 1950 Raw Denim Jeans and I love them.

The only problem is I probably should have gotten a smaller size (34). When I got the 36, they were a little baggy, but after 2 weeks of wear they are just about falling off. They still look cool but I kinda would like something a little more snug fitting.

Obviously, I can't return them since I have worn them so I thought about selling them and getting a size 34.

I don't really want to take a huge loss if I sell them but I don't know what they would be worth to sell at this point or if anyone would even be interested.

That is why I am posting. Anyone interested in these jeans? What would they be worth? If I can't get enough for them I'll just keep them but thought I'd give this thread a try.

They sold new for $225.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Edit:Here is a link to their website and I will post pics of the jeans later today.

Thanks. I really like these jeans but I think I should've gotten a smaller size. They were almost perfect when I got them (just slightly baggy) but they have stretched. I can still wear them but I think the 34 when it stretches (even a little bit) would be perfect! What size did you get? Did you get your true waist size and what happened?

I think my true waist size is a 33, and they fit pretty much perfectly when I tried them on, so that's what I ended up getting.

Mine fit a bit loose now and sit lower on the waist than I think they used to, but they still fit all right. I'd say in the 2 months I've had them they have probably stretched to a 34, maybe slightly above a 34.

Sounds like the 34 would be good for you if the 36 started out a little baggy.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
