Just to confirm my understanding of what's on the website - if we order a shirt and want to return it to get a better fit, we'd have to pay an extra $20 per polo (for 3) but nothing extra for a dress shirt (and only 1 unit needs to be ordered)?

Also, any plans for more OTC socks?

Right. Knits are generally harder to do MTM so the minimum quantity and price is higher.

I'm not sure if I'll add any more OTC socks. Any design in particular you're looking for?

Long time fan. What is your return policy on shoes? Where exactly are you based out of? I travel for work and if your HQ is in the same city then I was thinking of visiting.

I am most interested in the single monk straps. So gorgeous.

Any chance you will get these in a cherry/burgundy?

Ordered my first Kent Wang pocket square yesterday (Sunday). Way pretty impressed to receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes and a further e-mail telling me my order had shipped waiting for me this morning. Can't wait for it to arrive!

Likewise. My first order was for a couple of pocket squares, also placed on a Sunday. I got the shipping notification hours later.

In my line of work, I work different shifts to cover the 24/7/365 nature of the business. There's been times I've emailed Kent at odd hours and to my surprise, he's replied to most of them within hours!

I'm expecting his shoes to come in today...will do a review once received.

I probably won't be able to do multiple colors for each design, for several months at least, as I want to focus my resources on doing more different designs. Maybe in six months.

Sounds like the nature of your business might be very similar to mine!

bought it and am returning it to get it done mtm. i thought the quality of the fabric was really nice. it's interesting though, the one on the site is different from what i received. in the one i was sent the purple bands are actually two slightly different purples, one more blue, and it had a herringbone pattern. definitely a bit more dressy i'd say than the one on the site. so that's sort of odd. maybe they changed it up. i liked it a lot, but in some ways wouldn't have minded the more plain version that's in the picture.

My pocket square arrived today. Ordered on the Sunday, despatched on Monday, arrived on Friday. A working week from Texas to England for a dollar. Pretty impressive.

The square itself looks fantastic. I will be buying from Kent Wang again very soon.

On Tuesday there will be only one new color: burnt orange, available in both short and long-sleeve.
