Getting ready to order a suit in TR7125 as soon as I get adjustments back from Aaron. I'll probably order another in TR7124 after that with patch pockets so I can wear it as an odd jacket too.

Does anyone find the sneakers to be narrow? I think I'm a standard 9.5D, but a 10 in the sneakers seems narrow - or does it just need some break-in time?

Does anyone have a picture of wide lapels on a 40R jacket? I've tried searching but had little luck and I want to get a sense of how the wide lapels look with regards to the shoulder width on that size.

I do, but it is at the tailor. I'll get you a pic in two weeks (away this week for a little vaca). My recommendation is go with the standard. I like slightly wider lapels, but I found the wide a bit much on a 40R. I believe Kent's standard width is still wider than most standards.

I've posted a bunch of pics with a 40L jacket with wide lapels. I think my shoulder measurement is about 18.5", if you search for pics I posted ITT you should be able to find them. Personally, I love the wide lapels on Kent's suits. They seem to fit my stature really well.

I also have a 40 with standard lapel width, and it's wider than what I would consider "normal". I'd imagine the wide is probably Tom Ford batwing lapel wide.

I really like the width of the standard lapels, it's just perfect IMO.

I don't care for your dismissive attitude towards the awesome man-sized lapel oeuvre of Tom Ford.

Don't worry CruzAzul. I love Tom Ford, so am actually hoping the wide lapels are Ford-like :slayer:

Ha, not quite. Here's my 44 (nipped a bit, so it's probably more like a 43) with the wide lapel option. I've posted this pic before:

They don't look a whole lot bigger on a 40.

Those don't look very wide at all. I can't imagine the standard width not looking narrow on that 44.

^ Exactly. The standard lapels on my trial jacket looked very skimpy.

Thanks. That confirmed the decision on my order.

The photos on Kent's site is very accurate, as when I first got them, there is no way you can tell that there is any mottling. I had to apply some renovateur, realised some polishing is coming off, to speed that up I washed the shoe with soap to remove any black/navy polish.

and reapply renovateur after the shoes are dry, reapply navy cream polish to get a mottled effect.

Nice shoes wurger! What do you think of Kent Wang's bench grade and hand grade line compared to brands like C&J, Meermin and Carmina?

Just curious because I've never seen any of his shoes "live"

I only have one pair of his shoes, it's on a relatively narrow and long last, as for quality, very good for its price.

Kent, will you ever get lighter brown horn buttons? The dark brown ones right now look very dark/suit-y, and I want lighter ones for a SC.
