Yeah, no, a suit requires 3-4 yards of fabric.

I hate to keep bugging Kent, so I'll ask you guys. I was originally looking at fabric A0016, but it is unfortunately discontinued. So now I've shifted to looking at AR0022, Navy Twill, Navy Pick and Pick and Basic Navy depending on what's in stock. I probably should have gotten the samples. Could anyone that has gotten the fabric swatches compare any of these options on which is lighter or darker? I'm looking for something that would be suitable for both professional and early evening (4-6pm) wedding attire while not going too dark. I know these all look very similar at least on my monitor.

These all look equally dark on my monitor.

Just ordered a sports coat in 7734 to try out. I ordered a trial in 40 and got a 38, which worked out pretty well in the shoulders. I went through 4-5 patterns before I decided on 7734, good for summer here and it can be used in the office as well as a casual night out.

Kent was very patient with me, throughout our 33+ emails, and worked out some measurements. Now the three week wait for the jacket. I'm stoked. If this one works out well, I'll be ordering much more.

I just wanted to comment that I've ordered twice from the company and have been very pleased with them. Great job! I am going to try their polo's soon so maybe I'll get a chance to exercise the return policy :) (I'll probably have to try a couple sizes)

I really like the pick and pick myself.

Thanks for the input. It will most likely come down to the particular weave since they all seem to be so close in shade.

I'm a big fan of pick & pick over twill - the subtle visual texture is much more interesting than a plain twill, imo.

wore a lot of Wang yesterday.....navy MTM suit, brown cashmere tie, dark brown captoes. I don't know why it's bunching weirdly at the buttoning point, probably when I raised my arm to take the pic it bunched up a bit. It usually looks much cleaner if I'm standing normally.

Suit deets - fabric TR7089, wide lapels, 3-roll-2, soft shoulders, minimal pick stitching, black horn buttons, ticket pocket, button fly, 2" cuffs. I think the rest of the details are standard. I really love this fabric, it looks like a pretty standard navy indoors, but when the sun hits it outside, it really pops.

Suit looks very good! What number suit is this for you?

The shoe look good as well. I was concerned that they may be too square, but in this pic they look just right.

Thanks Al! This is still my one and only KW suit...wore it for a job interview yesterday so if I get the job there will surely be another suit in my future very soon! I'm thinking a mid grey 3-piece.

I agree about the shoes too, the chiseled toe is not too extreme at all. It would be a hard match if you're wearing a more casual trouser and SC combo, but for a nice suit it matches perfectly.

That's the perfect interview suit. A mid grey would be an excellent next choice. I can't wait to wear my mid grey at my wedding in June. The fiance won't let it be seen public until then... I do agree with her, I just want to wear the thing outside my house!

I think that picture sold me on the shoes as well. I'm also considering the soft shoulder option now after seeing them.
