I saw another thread where a someone emailed about this issue and got a free replacement.

I purchased one from the ebay seconds store and I'm having issues with bristles falling out. I've only had it for about an hour and just ran my fingers through and bristles were falling out. I tried pulling on some of the fibers just a tad (definitely not hard) and bristles were easily coming off.

The ebay description doesn't mention anything about bristles falling out. It just states that there may be knots in the handle. So I'm hoping they will replace it.

See the damage from just a couple of minutes of running my fingers through and pulling lightly at the fibers.

Interesting. All I can tell you is that I have the exact same brush, which I also purchased from the ebay seconds store, and after probably a year of use it has not done anything like this. Please give us an update on how they handle this.

Any suggestions on where to find these? EBay supply seems fairly dried up or at least much more expensive than what others have got Kent brushes for.
