Saw it at the grocery store, and it looked interesting. It is certainly tasty, but I was wondering if the purported nutritional benefits are all they're cracked up to be.

The vitamins (like K2) in fermented foods like kefir become more plentiful or more concentrated (either by breaking down the food or by virtue of the bacteria outputting more nutrients), and more bioavailable.

I love it. I like the kinds with some fruit in them, the straight stuff is a little too tangy for me to handle in the morning. I try to get it without any/much added sugar though.

Try swirling in some nut butter. You may also try full-fat greek yogurt if kefir is too tangy.

I alternate between Greek and kefir, try not to burn out on either one. Both good stuff.

Not sure how I'd like it with nut butter in it though

I eat it every morning with some unsweetened muesli. Good stuff. The Scandinavians and Slavs eat similar things all the time. If it wasn't for all the vodka, I am sure it would do miracles.
