Keeping sneakers clean

Just bought some new Puma sneakers - some white, some gray - want to keep them bright and in original condition.

Any hints for how I can keep them clean (chemicals, protective mechanisms, etc.)?

Kiwi makes a spray cleaner (and other products) specifically for sneakers. It works pretty well. The laces you'll have to wash. Link to Kiwi.

Are they suede? I take the liners out of my sneakers and toss 'em in the washing machine. If they're cloth, that should be fine.

If they have white rubber soles that get dirty, the original Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is your friend. I'm not sure if it's safe to use on leather at all though.

Yeah, this works wonders.

I also have wet naps in my shoe cabinet and will use them to wipe down my sneakers after use.

The Finish Line sells a product to keep shoes white. I haven't used it, but I am told that it works well.
