Keeping bed linens white

I’m fastidious about white bedding. Thanks to this YouTube video, I finally found a way to make my aging pillowcases and shams bright white again, using Rit Color Remover and OxiClean White Revive (the guy in the video uses a similar Australian brand).



Amazing results. On the left is a pillow sham that I’ve never slept on but which turned yellow over several years. On the right is a Sferra Grande Hotel pillowcase which I do sleep on and which was just as yellowed but which is back to bright white after this treatment.

I have no vested interest in either of these brands. Just wanted to share a useful tip.
