Keen eddie on bravo tv

Does anyone else out there watch the tv show, "Keen Eddie?" (BRAVO) I think that Eddie's boss, Nathaniel, has got to be the best dressed police officer I've ever seen, on TV or otherwise. I haven't seen "Keen Eddie", but the actor looks familiar. Does he have a small role in the recent Bond films? Like an assistant to M? Can't recall the character having a name or speaking very much.

The jpegs posted do show a rather well-dressed gentleman, IMO. And the guy is a cop? Yes, VERY well-dressed for a cop. The wide spread collars and big tie knots look good on him. I do have Bravo on my cable system, so maybe I can catch the show sometime.
