How do you need to alter them? I think the Kathmandu shirt would be an easy one to modify since you can slap more denim panels on it no?

I wear a Size 2. (Size 1 was too tight across the chest, and I suspect Size 1 is more for women since the chest measurements for it were a stretch even for XS-sized men IIRC.) The sleeves were too long for me, and by long, I mean covering more than half of my hand (the pains of being short). I had to shorten the sleeves somewhere between the elbow area and the cuff, because the normal methods of shortening a shirt from the cuff or from the top of the sleeve weren't ideal due to the patterning.

It hurt altering it in that way, but it worked for me and I honestly don't notice it anymore. I kept the fabric in case I need to patch it up, though TBH I can't find it right now...

I love the Kathmandu shirt and already have it both in blue and white. I think the addition of a band collar works really well with the style. Also, the band collar version is larger/oversized than the regular version, a feature I also really like (and which also works well with the current SF fit hive mind).

Hmm, interesting. I'd hope that a Size 1 would fit me better then (and then I wouldn't have to deal with the sleeve issue), but I also own the short sleeve version of the blue Kathmandu so I couldn't justify it unless I lost the long-sleeve one I already have.

Apparently some of Japanese retail stores have the new type 1 century jacket that Kapital teased in the lookbook couple month ago. Just place an order for the biggest size they have which is 46, hopefully it will fit me I have no idea about the sizing since they don’t provide measurements.

Nice. Is that the same pattern as the boro jacket?

I guess so since they all based on the Levis type 1 jacket, here are some of the pictures from the look book. Btw does anyone know what is the biggest size they have for the century denim westerner jacket? Most websites I seen have them up to size 46 but some websites have size 48 so I’m a bit confused.

The one wash version comes in a size 48. I don't think the cd ones go higher than 46.

Oh so there is a one wash version as well I never heard about it until now. I seen size 48 in the no 9 version in multiple sites both domestic and international but never seen size 48 in other version, maybe Kapital just made bigger size for the new no 9 only 🤔

Oh i thought you meant century denim denim jacket with 1 wash. And I just found out they made the type 1 century denim jacket up to size 48, hopefully the 46 still fit me 🙄

Where did you order the CD type 1 jacket from?

Who's your proxy guy? 😎
I know couple of guys on instagram can do proxy but their fee is pretty high can go up to 20% of the price and their conversion rate is 100 Yen to 1 USD so the price can be quite high sometimes, usually I would try to get online proxy if it's possible.

Yeah especially for me that I'm gonna get fucked over by PayPal one more time after all that bullshit with their ridiculous USD to AUD conversion rate 😂 , but its still better than buying from international retailers so I still get the physical store purchase proxy sometimes.
