^ speaking of that shirt- is the raw detailing prone to unraveling at all?

I gave my Kathmandu shirt it's first wash with no issues. But I did it cold, in a bag, and then hung dry. Will see how it holds up over time.

I can't answer your question, Therefore haven't wash it yet, but I am assuming by following what is recommended it shouldn't be any problem.

Would you please someone confirm size 3 is M or L in capital clothing?
My understand is 3 is M, but I saw in couple sites they refer size 3 as L.

I would say it depends but 3 is almost always too small for me and Im a 42. I tend to do 4 in everything.

Size 3 is ‘Large’ in tagging, but keep in mind that the actual size can fluctuate slightly depending on the piece. I have some things in three that fit me very well, and some that are at least one size too small. I’m a 40-42 as well. Starting to pick up 4’s (XL) just because the chest and shoulders generally fit much better

unless I am totally mistaken:
0 XS
1 S
2 M
3 L
4 XL

Odd how many stockists seem to carry several pieces in only 1/3, I wonder why that is.

Well some of the items only come in 1/3 especially if they are meant to be slightly oversized. Like the cookie sweaters are generally like that. 3 fits me great for those.

@hoodog it's really nicely constructed and substantial, for the price you're getting a well made jacket with the signature kapital style. Though I love wearing it with my other pieces, I think the drunk stripe pants slot in better with alot of my other pieces (have too many fun pants)

So that table is for japanese sizing. IMO for your standard american/european I'd size up a number. So 3 = M, 4 = L, 5 = XL. I find their 4s fit like Ls from other (non-japanese) brands. At 6'0 and 190 lbs I'm a 4 or 5 in everything.

That being said, their oversized stuff (e.g., huge Ts) usually comes out in two sizes, 1 and 3. And in that case the 3 is like an XL or XXL.
